Personality Inventory has been specifically designed to help you evaluate personality traits, values and skills specific to the exercise of managerial functions or supervision. This assessment measures 19 personality traits associated with 21 key behavioural competencies. The test is recommended for the recruitment and evaluation of internal managers and executives.

Recruitment

The test facilitates your recruitment process by identifying those managers who best fit your requirements. The Managerial Potential Indicator (with a scale of 0 to 100) offers a quick inference to an individual’s predisposition for a managerial role. An analysis of “management style” guides you to match the profile with the right kind of project.
